Very busy Central Coast pub is seeking a passionate and dedicated commis chef to join our team.
You will assist our senior chefs with daily prep and presentation of dishes.
Maintaining a clean, organized and well stocked station.
Must be able to work in a large team environment and must work well with others in a fast paced, tight kitchen.Candidates must hold valid Australian work rights or visa authorisation.We are an equal opportunity employer.Required Qualification: Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial CookeryAt least 2 years full time experience.Minimum 2 years full time experience in high-volume commercial kitchen operations is essential.Duties include; preparing and cooking menu items, maintaining stock and supplies, ensuring hygiene and safety compliance, assist with menu planning and supervise other kitchen staff.
