As our organisation continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and passionate HR Advisor (Employee & Industrial Relations) to join our HR team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, partnering with leaders and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
About the Role
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be a key advisor on employee and industrial relations matters across the organisation.
You will support leaders to navigate performance management, conduct workplace investigations, manage grievances and disciplinary matters, interpret the SCHADS Award and provide practical HR solutions that balance compliance with positive people outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys advisory work, coaching leaders and managing complex people matters.
Your Responsibilities
Provide specialist employee relations and industrial relations advice.
Conduct and support workplace investigations.
Manage grievances, complaints and disciplinary matters.
Coach leaders through performance management processes.




Interpret and apply the SCHADS Award and employment legislation.
Support workplace conflict resolution and risk management.
Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
You are a confident HR professional with strong employee relations experience and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation.
You will Bring:
Qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Business or a related field.
Experience in employee relations, industrial relations or HR advisory roles.
Demonstrated workplace investigation experience.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and award interpretation.
Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills.
Solid judgement, resilience and problem-solving capability.
A collaborative and values-driven approach.
