About the Role
From managing site documentation and coordinating deliveries, to running safety briefings and liaising with contractors, no two days will be the same.
You'll be a key link between the site team and project management, helping ensure every part of the project moves forward with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate daily site records — attendance, deliveries, inspections, and logs
Supporting HSE compliance, including site inductions,



toolbox talks, and routine safety checks
Coordinating site logistics — scheduling and tracking equipment and material deliveries
Preparing and updating project documentation, progress reports, and audit materials
Acting as the communication hub between contractors, subcontractors, and the broader project team
Monitoring site inventory and flagging resource needs before they become problems
About You
2+ yearsof experience in a similar role within construction, engineering, or infrastructure
AWhite Card(required) and relevant industry certifications
A Certificate or Diploma in Construction Management, Project Management, or OHS is a bonus
Strong organisational skills and sharp attention to detail
Confident communicator who can work with a diverse range of people on site
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and site management software
