AM Visuals is a video strategy-first content marketing agency based in Blacktown NSW.They are engaged by a variety of clients across Greater Sydney – working closely with marketing teams and business owners alike – to deliver testimonial videos, brand and website videos, YouTube and social media content, event coverage and podcast production.This is a senior hands-on role requiring someone who can manage client relationships independently, lead creative concepts from brief to delivery, and oversee a team of editors — while remaining deeply involved inproduction and post-production themselves.You'll work directly with marketing managers and business owners, so the ability to communicate confidently and build genuine client rapport is as significant as yourtechnical skills.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & coordinating creative concept through to final deliveryCreating & Developing storytelling strategies and creative concepts aligned with each client's sales and marketing objectivesManage client relationships independently – acting as primary point of contact and account manager for key retained clientsLiaise directly with client marketing teams and business owners to understand briefs and deliver on objectivesProduce diverse content including testimonial videos, brand videos, YouTube content, Instagram Reels, event coverage,



update videos and podcastsIntegrate 2D animation and motion graphics into video and social media projectsPlan and coordinate shoots including location scouting, talent and crew managementManage and oversee a team of editors – providing creative direction, feedback and quality controlManage project timelines and budgets across multiple concurrent productionsIntegrate AI tools into daily production workflows to improve efficiency and output qualitySkill & ExperienceMinimum 2 years professional experience as a Video ProducerAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects including motion graphicsProficiency in DaVinci Resolve for post-production and colour gradingDemonstrated experience managing editors or a small production teamExperience producing content across multiple formatsExperience working with small businesses, building industry or property development highly regardedDemonstrated ability to liaise confidently with marketing managers and stakeholdersStrong client-facing and account management skillsExperience with ClickUp or similar project management toolsFamiliarity with AI-assisted production workflows (Claude, Eddie AI or similar) advantageous
