Seeking a dedicated Creative and Performing Arts Faculty Coordinator to lead and enhance educational achievements across creative disciplines within a well-established independent school.
This is a full time permanent position based in a regional area of New South Wales, offering a supportive and community-focused learning environment.
About the role
Mandatory: Current teaching accreditation and a track record of leadership in Visual Arts, Music, and Drama curriculum delivery.
Salary guide: $135,000 to $155,000 per annum inclusive of a leadership allowance.
Location: Regional New South Wales.
Key responsibilities
Provide leadership to the Creative and Performing Arts faculty, ensuring curriculum and teaching standards comply with state educational requirements.
Manage day-to-day faculty operations, oversee student progress, and implement evidence-based instructional practices.
Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and deliver engaging curriculum programs across Visual Arts, Music, and Drama.
Support faculty professional development aligned with the school's strategic aims and values.
Administer faculty resources, budgeting, event coordination, and community engagement including excursions and guest presentations.
Maintain faculty compliance with educational frameworks and advise students on subject selection.
Work collaboratively with school leadership, support teams, and other departments to improve student outcomes and wellbeing.




Lead academic and pastoral care initiatives to sustain a positive and disciplined learning workplace.
