Casual Front of House Attendant - Events
Waverley Council is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Front of House Attendants and Event Assistants to join our team.

What will you be doing?
In this role, you'll provide high-quality service and support across all front of house areas within an event location, ensuring the comfort, safety, and positive experience of all visitors and patrons.
This role will support programs and events delivered at Council venues like Bondi Pavilion or the Boot Factory, as well as outdoor events in our public parks and beachside areas.
What you'll bring?
Experience in event support, venue support or hospitality.
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in front of house services and the delivery of operational activities to deliver a safe, inclusive and welcoming setting for the community, audiences and staff.
A warm, positive and collaborative working style.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously.
Ability and willingness to work outside standard office hours, including weekends.
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card, or willingness to attain one
