Wok-fired dishes, premium produce and genuine hospitality come together in a stunning coastal setting, where two coastlines finally meet at one table.We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to build the team, shape the culture and lead one of NSW's most anticipated restaurant openings.The OpportunityAs Restaurant Manager, you'll lead the front-of-house operation and work closely with the Head of Restaurant Operations, Chef de Cuisine and wider leadership team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-new restaurant before opening, help shape service standards and culture, and build a high-performing team from day one.What You'll Be DoingLead and inspire the front-of-house team during busy lunch and dinner servicesDeliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standardsRecruit, train and develop team membersManage rosters, labour costs and daily operational performanceWork closely with kitchen and leadership teams to ensure seamless service executionWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leaderProven ability to lead, develop and motivate teamsExperience in high-volume,
