The job will require you to provide solutions and build relationships with a varying range of customers.
This is a hands-on role where there is travel to sites within Mt Isa and surrounding areas,



to replace hoses in a breakdown situation or complete new installation work on a variety of machinery.
Our role is best suited to applicants who reside near Mt Isa or are available for a 2&2 roster as well as participating in a 24-hour shared on-call roster, reporting to the Centre Manager.Our Service and Supply Centre is based in Mt Isa and you will be given full product and job training.YouTo be considered for this position you will ideally have:Trade/field services experience in Hydraulic Hoses essential.
Experience in Fire Suppression advantageousFitting/Mechanical Background with the ability to operate machinery, use tools and measuring devices accuratelyExcellent computer, numeracy, verbal and written communication skillsA strong work ethic and pride in workmanshipDesire to be a team playerAbility to arrange and plan prioritiesAnticipate problems and be pro-active in finding solutionsStrong understanding of customer serviceHave an understanding of OHS and Protected Work PracticesAbility to carry out instructionsMedically fit for the task and pass mine site-specific medicalsBe well presented and groomedTrade certificateA current LR Manual Driver's LicenseFlexibility with working hours as after-hours availability is a pre-requisiteHave a knowledge of the industryHave knowledge of the productsHave an understanding of Fire Suppression
