The successful applicant will join a team of experienced Support Workers to provide individualised support to a female Participant living in Terrigal for short periods of time in the morning and evening, shared across a team, 7 days per week.Experience supporting Participants living in their own home, who have acquired a disability and require support with independent living and complex care tasks.Qualified applicants are required for this role as delivering high intensity supports is required.Casual SCHADS Award Weekday rate for qualified applicants $***** to $***** depending on level of qualification and experience.Essential Skill Requirements:Cert III or higher in Disability/Community Services/Individual Support or related fieldDemonstrated experience (6+months) working in this fieldExperience providing respectful supports within a person's homeHighly developed interpersonal, written,
