About the role
We are currently seeking experienced and hands-on Restaurant Managers to join our team at our CBD and Eastern Suburbs venues.
As the Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service, and driving the success of the restaurant.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and General Manager, you'll also work closely with the Head Chef to maintain operational efficiency and deliver a delightful experience to every guest.

You will lead a small, close-knit team and work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth daily operations and an outstanding guest experience.

Due to upcoming busy periods, we are looking for someone ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure service excellence
Recruit, lead, train and motivate a small team in a energetic environment
Work in close collaboration with the kitchen team and Head Chef (create and plane menus, ordering food and maintaining records of stock levels)
Maintain high standards of food quality, service and cleanliness
Maintain records of transactions and assist in accounting operations
Manage rostering, stock control and operational efficiency
Drive team performance and contribute to profitability
Ensure a consistent and authentic customer experience aligned with the brand
About you
At least Diploma in Hospitality Management or closely related subject (or 3 years highly relevant work experience may substitute)
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager
Experience in a Crepes restaurant and/or in French cuisine is highly regarded
A natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused and high- volume environment.
Confident managing rosters, stock, and costs to keep the venue profitable.
Knowledgeable in compliance areas — RSA, food safety, allergens, and OH&S; — and committed to maintaining a safe, professional workplace.
Skilled at recruiting staff, motivating, training, and developing teams, with the ability to hold people accountable while lifting morale.
Preferred profile
French or European background highly regarded (team cultural alignment)
Strong understanding and appreciation of French/ Brittany crêperie culture
Authentic Brittany/French dining experience" oriented - we are looking for someone who values this concept and takes it seriously
The Perks
Salary from $75,000 to $85,000 + super (depending on experience)
Quarterly bonus based on restaurant profitability (with strong earning potential)
