The Lass O'Gowrie in Wickham, NSW is seeking an experienced and talented Chef to join our kitchen team.
Our kitchen focuses on Latin-American & Mexican Cuisine.
The menu is share plate focused with daily taco specials.
This is a full time role based in our restaurant located in Wickham.Our kitchen is open from 5:00pm - 9pm Monday & Tuesday.
Wednesday to Sunday we run lunch 12:00pm - 2:30pm as well as dinner service 5pm - 9pm.What you'll be doingPreparing and cooking high quality dishes to our bistro standardsAssisting with menu items and daily specialsMaintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchenSupporting stock control, prep and kitchen operationsEnsuring food safety and hygiene standards are metStay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practicesWhat we're looking forMinimum 1-2 years of experience in a commercial kitchenStrong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques,
