Our ideal candidate will have a strong foundational understanding and previous experience within an RTO, and is ready to help lead and support our current team while getting stuck into the day-to-day tasks!
The Quality and Compliance Officer at the REIQ will sit within our Training Team and will be responsible for ensuring compliance across all RTO operations in line with the Standards for RTOs and the VET Quality Framework.
The role encompasses compliance oversight, auditing, quality assurance, continuous improvement, and the review of training and assessment resources.Your day may include:Overseeing RTO compliance with the Standards of RTOs, VET Quality Framework, ASQA requirements and funding contractsCoordinating and participating in audits, validations,



moderation activities and corrective actions that support continuous improvementDeveloping and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, registers and QA processesPreparing compliance reporting and documentation for ASQA and internal reviewsReviewing training and assessment resources and maintaining Trainer and Assessor compliance documentationAnalysing changes to VET legislation and implementing program improvements and resource developmentCoordinating the implementation and maintenance of training content within the LMSCoordinating the development and continuous improvement of training and assessment resources in consultation with SMEsOur ideal new addition will have:TAE***** or equivalent (or willingness to complete) is highly desirable2+years' experiencein a compliance rolein an RTOExperience in writing /developing training resources (desirable)Ability towork independently and in a team environmentExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work collaboratively with other team membersExperience in using learning management systems (aXcelerateknowledge desirable)High levelof attention to detail and analytical skillsExcellent computer skills with an advanced levelproficiencyin creating documents and spreadsheets and a workingknowledge of computer applications including Outlook and Microsoft 365 & Office packagesHighly developed written and oral communication skillsFor more information about the REIQ visit
