This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow into leadership — you'll work closely alongside the Director and Nominated Supervisor, gaining hands‐on exposure to the day‐to‐day running of the service and building the skills needed for future progression.About the RolePlan, implement and evaluate engaging educational programs in line with the EYLF V2.0Work alongside the Director and Nominated Supervisor, supporting and delegating tasks throughout the day to keep the service running smoothlyStep into the Responsible Person role when required, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQS & National Regulations)Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families and your room teamSupport the mentoring and guidance of junior educators and traineesMaintain accurate documentation,
