We don't just provide support - we create engaging, fun experiences that help people with disabilities live their best lives.With a national team of over 800 support workers, including qualified and semi-professional athletes, our approach is simple: put happiness first.We're looking for a people-focused Team Leader to support a local team of participants and support workers in Brisbane.About the RoleThis is a hands-on leadership role supporting the day-to-day coordination of a local team delivering disability support in the community.You'll work closely with participants, families, and support workers to ensure services run smoothly, safely, and in line with participant goals.
The role combines people leadership, rostering, coordination, and problem solving, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.This role is well suited to someone with experience in disability services who enjoys coordinating teams and building strong relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and guide a team of participants and support workers within your local areaCoordinate day-to-day rostering and scheduling to ensure participant needs are metBuild positive relationships with participants and their familiesProvide coaching, feedback,
