Working alongside a supportive and hard-working team, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your responsibilities while continuing to develop your skills and progress your career.Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will have broad range of responsibilities include:End-to-end accounts payable, including invoice processing, approvals, payment runs and supplier reconciliationsAccounts receivable, including invoicing, receipting, collections and debtor managementBank, credit card and general ledger reconciliations,



including journals and intercompany transactionsMaintaining accurate financial records and supporting the integrity of financial dataMonitoring cash flow and reporting on upcoming payments and outstanding receivablesBuilding and maintaining robust relationships with clients and suppliers while responding to account enquiriesAssisting with month-end processes and financial reportingIdentifying and supporting continuous process improvements across the finance functionProviding ad hoc finance and administration support as requiredIdeal candidate for this role:3+ years' experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar accounting roleStrong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliationsA proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and work autonomouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsA high level of ownership, accountability and problem-solving abilityExperience using accounting software
