We are seeking a candidate who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and acting as the central point of coordination between customers, technicians, sales, and internal stakeholders.Key responsibilitiesLead, coach, and support a team of customer service and administration staff, ensuring inbound and outbound enquiries are accurately logged and prioritisedAssist your team in the coordination of service technicians to maximise utilisation and meet SLAsEnsure accurate job creation, quoting, warranty processing, invoicing,



and job closure & monitor any backlogsAct as an escalation point for high‐priority or complex customer matters and drive customer satisfaction through clear communicationIdentify inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives across service operationsAbout you!!
