If you're passionate about finding great talent, enjoy working in a high-volume environment and want unlimited earning potential, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.About the RoleAs a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in matching high-quality candidates with exciting job opportunities sourced by our Account Managers and Business Partners.Working in a fast-paced blue-collar recruitment environment, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening and assessing candidates while ensuring every placement aligns with 360 Personnel's values, culture and client expectations.Your ResponsibilitiesSource quality blue-collar candidates using multiple recruitment channels.Screen, interview and assess candidates for a variety of temporary and permanent roles.Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.Maintain an active talent pool and proactively identify future talent.Manage candidate compliance,
