communication and swallowing assessmentsDesign evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each client's functional goalsDeliver therapy across clinic and community settings for both paediatric and adult clientsSupport clients under NDIS, private and other funding modelsMaintain clear clinical documentation and progress reportsLiaise with families, carers, support coordinators, educators and health professionalsTake part in case conferencing and multidisciplinary collaborationCoach caregivers and support teams with practical, everyday strategiesManage your caseload and travel efficiently across service areasClinical areas may includeSpeech sound disorderslanguage delay and developmental disordersautism supportsocial communicationfluency (stuttering)dysphagia and swallowing managementcognitive-communication supportWhat you'll bringTertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (or equivalent)Registration or eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology AustraliaValid NSW Working With Children CheckNDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicleProfessional indemnity insuranceExperience across mixed paediatric and adult caseloadsMobile or community-based therapy experienceFamiliarity with NDIS processes and reportingStrong clinical reasoning, assessment and interpersonal skillsConfidence working both independently and as part of a teamReady to join us?
