We specialise in quality swimming pools and exceptional maintenance services, ensuring our clients enjoy a hassle-free pool ownership experience.We are looking for a person to fill the role of mobile Pool Technician.Key Responsibilities:Test & balance water and provide all aspects of pool careDiagnose equipment faults as per our internal proceduresProvide advice and guidance based on customer needsUse mobile app to document your work and write customer focused notesMaintain a clean & organised work vehicle environmentHandle/lift heavy items such as salt and bulk chemicalsInstall pool equipment (additional training can be provided if required)1+ years of experience in pool service role is requiredWell organized by natureFast learner with valuable attention to detailResourceful & self-sufficient problem-solverReliable and willing to learnAble to work unsupervised to a high standardOur ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a good work ethic, customer focused with exceptional people skills, honest, organised, well presented, friendly & well spoken.
Stay up to date with product information, be physically fit & able to remain teachable in all aspects of the roll.Must have a current manual license and enjoy working outdoors.
You must be available to work through our industry peak time of the year.
A work vehicle and phone will be available to the right candidate.Employment is available on a casual or full time basis.
