Programmed is looking for Chef to join one of well-known aviation catering service providers, working across Cold/Hot Kitchen in Mascot.Shift: Morning shift 7am - 3pm, Payrate: $***** p/h for AM shiftYour duties include but are not limited to the following:Central Dish Assembling as per approved recipe for economic/business/first classCooking for Airline First Class and Business class's appetizerCold Dish assembling, fruit portioning, cheese cutting, garnish prepSpecial meal prep, VIP charter prep and packing, etcRequirementFor Chef role, must have min Certificate III in commercial cookeryRequire previous knife handling experience in kitchenExperience in bulk cooking enviroment will be highly regardedAvailable to work a 5-day roster (including public holidays, weekends, and morning or afternoon shifts).
