Organisational Design & Change Manager - SAP SuccessFactors
We're looking for an experienced Organisational Development Advisor to join a major enterprise transformation program focused on delivering a modern SAP SuccessFactors solution.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping future workforce capability, organisational design and service delivery within a large, complex environment.
Working as part of a high performing transformation team, you'll help design future state operating models, support workforce transition activities and partner with stakeholders to deliver meaningful organisational change.What you'll be doing
Analyse and document current state operating models and service delivery arrangements
Support the design of future state operating models, organisational structures and role design
Develop workforce capability frameworks and undertake capability gap assessments
Complete workforce impact analysis and contribute to workforce transition and change planning
Facilitate workshops and engage with a broad range of business stakeholders, SMEs and leaders
Produce organisational design artefacts, including operating model blueprints and structural design options
Partner with HR and Employee Relations teams to support workforce consultation and transition activities
Help ensure business continuity throughout organisational change and transformation activities

About you
You'll bring a strong background in organisational development,



organisational design or workforce transformation within large and complex organisations.
You'll also have:
Proven experience delivering organisational design and operating model initiatives
Experience supporting large scale business or digital transformation programs, ideally SAP or HRIS implementations
Solid stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
Experience in workforce planning, capability frameworks and organisational analysis
Excellent analytical, written and communication skills
The ability to influence, collaborate and build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation
Strong understanding of change management principles
Mandatory requirements
Qualifications in Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development or a related discipline, orSignificant demonstrated experience delivering organisational development and organisational design initiatives
