About the Role
You'll be working across commercial construction sites delivering high-quality installation and maintenance works on fire detection and occupant warning systems.
This hands-on role offers variety, technical challenges, and the opportunity to further develop your skills within a specialised and essential industry.
Key Responsibilities
Installation of fire detection and EWIS systems on commercial projects
Cable installation, device fit-off, and commissioning support
Fault finding and maintenance of existing systems
Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and site requirements
Coordinating with builders, project managers, and other trades in office
Maintaining exceptional workmanship and safety standards
What We're Looking ForEssential
Trade qualified Electrician
Experience in commercial electrical installations
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong communication and organisational skills
Desirable (But Not Essential)
Experience with fire detection and EWIS systems
Experience working on commercial construction projects
Exposure to project-based work environments
Basic project coordination or supervisory experience
Training & Career Development
No prior fire systems experience?
No problem.
