What you'll bring:
Proven retail management experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
Robust organisational and time-management skills to keep operations running smoothly
A creative eye for merchandising and the ability to adapt to constantly changing product ranges
A passion for coaching and developing others, with a strong focus on team growth and engagement
