We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Lifestyle Assistant to join our friendly team in Maroubra on a Part Time basis working Wednesday and Friday 8am - 4pm.
Ability to pick up additional shifts when available.
What does your new role look like?
Actively encouraging residents to participate in a variety of meaningful activities and assist in their delivery
Ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction at all times
Communicating effectively with residents, families and volunteers




Assisting with care plans and programs
Continually exploring new opportunities and programs to meet the holistic needs of our residents.
Ensuring all reporting requirements are efficiently completed
About you:

You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.
Does this sound like you?
Certification in Lifestyle and Leisure or Certificate in Individual Support/Disability (advantageous)
Experience working with people living with Dementia or Alzheimer's highly regarded
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with a bubbly personality
A person-centred focus and commitment to providing a high level of service
Proven initiative and the ability to think outside the box when tailoring activities
Currently have NDIS Screening Check or willing to obtain one
Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (minimum 1 dose)
