This is a permanent, fulltime position where we are open to candidates based in Rockhampton, Mackay or Emerald.Reporting to our Resource Industries Support Manager your responsibilities will include:Promote and adhere to all safety requirements on site and within the workplaceDevelop relationships with key customer stakeholders (Maintenance, Production, Engineering etc)Promote consistency by being a centralized point of contactMaximise Customer fleet performance through reliability processes, defect elimination strategies and implementation of reliability focused systems and trainingCreate, implement and execute sales and account strategiesMaintain and increase our market share of parts and serviceCommunicate and manage challenges effecting fleet performance and satisfactionManage,
