Our state-of-the-art headquarters and production facility is located in Wagga Wagga, employing over 60 staff and producing high-quality school photography products for our national brand.We currently looking for a Full-Time Colour Correction Operator to join our production team onsite at our Wagga Wagga facility.What will you be doing:Color Correction Operator: This is the initial technical phase, focused on colour correction of the photo and creating a neutral, consistent starting point across all images.Balancing Exposure and White Balance: Correcting images that are under- or overexposed, and ensuring that colors (especially whites and skin tones) appear accurate and natural.Matching Shots: Ensuring consistency between photos taken with different cameras, lighting conditions,



or locations so the final product flows seamlessly.On-the-job training will be provided to successful candidates, although relevant experience is highly regarded.What We're Looking For:A solid work ethic, proven computer skills and a willingness to learn and follow instructions and workflow proceduresDuring our peak period (March - May annually) the ability to work a standard 10-hour rostered shift (7 AM to 5:30 PM) Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday morning shift.The ability to prioritise and multitask effectively, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detailStrong communication skills both written and verbalWe have a annual 6 week closedown period from mid-December to the start of February.Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Camera RAW editing software, such as LightroomWe look forward to welcoming enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to our growing team!
