RWB Marine Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic warehousing and distribution team on a full-time basis.
Based in Homebush West NSW ****, this role is fundamental to our operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of marine-related products and materials.
As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth flow of inventory throughout our warehouse facility, directly contributing to our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.Key responsibilitiesReceiving and inspecting incoming goods, verifying quantities and condition against documentation.Accurately recording inventory movements using warehouse management systems and maintaining detailed stock records.Safely storing products using appropriate warehouse racking systems and storage methods, following FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.Picking, packing and preparing orders for shipment in accordance with customer specifications.Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other machinery in a safe and productive manner.Conducting regular stock takes and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all WHS & site requirements.Loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring cargo is secured and protected during transport.Assisting with warehouse organisation, optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.Communicating effectively with team members and management regarding warehouse operations and any issues that arise.What we're looking forPrevious warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in distribution or storage environments.Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts (certification or willingness to obtain certification is advantageous).




Strong organisational and attention to detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Ability to work accurately with warehouse management systems and basic computer literacy.Physical capability to perform repetitive lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.Commitment to health and safety practices and adherence to workplace procedures.Reliability and punctuality, demonstrating a strong work ethic.Knowledge of marine products or the marine industry would be beneficial.What we offerRWB Marine Australia Pty Ltd is committed to creating a supportive and rewarding work environment.
