We're looking for a hands‐on and detail-driven Site Operations Officer to oversee daily operations at one of our key client sites.
Reporting to the Contracts Site Operations Supervisor this role is ideal for someone with exceptional attention to detail, robust communication skills, and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced workplace.Why Join Us?

Room to grow: Ongoing training, development and real career progressionWhat you'll be doing:Managing the operations of the site, ensuring a safe, well‐organised and efficient workplaceCoordinating deliveries to ensure goods are received and dispatched in full and on timeOverseeing the handling of stock from receipting through to despatch, ensuring accuracy and care at all timesActing as the key point of contact on site,



supporting drivers and sub‐contractors to maintain smooth operationsConducting daily warehouse inspections to identify and address safety risks proactivelyLeading regular toolbox talks to reinforce safety, provide updates and support ongoing trainingPlanning and allocating delivery runs, selecting appropriate vehicles and effective routes for each jobManaging on‐site fleet requirements, including vehicle checks, audits and maintaining accurate recordsMaintaining accurate systems and documentation, including job notes, photos and proof of deliveryReporting lost or damaged goods and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrenceResponding to client enquiries in a timely and professional mannerCollaborating closely with internal teams to share information and resolve operational issuesSupporting operational requirements as needed, including administrative tasks, meetings and on‐call support during peak periodsWhat we're looking forStrong leadership and organisational skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesHigh attention to detail and a proactive mindsetAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentExperience in transport, logistics, or site operations is highly regardedValid driver's licence and full working rights
