About the RoleAs a Lawn Technician, you'll be responsible for providing professional lawn care services to residential and commercial customers.
You'll travel to customers properties in the Kawana/Caloundra area, assess lawn health, apply treatments, and provide expert advice to help keep lawns looking their best.Your ResponsibilitiesApply fertilisers, weed control and pest management treatments.Diagnose lawn issues and recommend appropriate solutions.Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships.Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely.Keep accurate service records using company software.Ensure all work is completed to a high standard while following safety procedures.What We're Looking ForA positive attitude and solid work ethic.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule.Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.Current LR driver's licence (or willingness to obtain).
