This is a full-time position based in our Brisbane office at Woolloongabba.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and recruitment support to our busy team, ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment processes.What you'll be doingScreening and processing job applications and candidate resumesRecruitment of Construction Workers (Labourers, Traffic Controllers, Carpenters etc)Maintaining and updating our candidate and client databasesAssisting with job advertisement postings across various platformsProviding general administrative support to the management teamOnboarding of employee starter packsAssisting in North QLD Allocations and tracking of Fulltime and Casual workersOrganising worker training and upskillingManaging business social media platformsWhat we're looking forAt least 2 years of experience in a similar recruitment roleStrong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approachProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel,
