You will drive menu development, oversee inventory and cost control, and ensure excellent, consistent dining experiences for weddings and events.The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years' Head Chef experience, premium à la carte service from a fine dining background, solid leadership and communication skills, and a genuine passion for local seasonal produce.
