The Opportunity
ZIMMERMANN is seeking a talented Textile Studio Manager to join our Textile Design team.
In this role, you'll play an important part in leading the Textile Design team in the creation and delivery of original seasonal artworks, helping to bring our collections to life.
You'll support design excellence, operational rhythm, and execution of the Creative Director's vision, contributing to a brand defined by creativity, quality, and craftsmanship.

As a Textile Studio Manager, you'll contribute to artwork development from concept through to pre‐production – balancing creative direction with structured delivery to support outcomes across design and production.
You'll collaborate closely with cross‐functional teams to ensure alignment across all collection milestones and seasonal deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
As Textile Studio Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Leading, developing and managing the Textile Design team to deliver seasonal artwork collections
Managing critical path workflows, tracking progress, and ensuring all artwork milestones are delivered on time
Ensure artworks are reviewed, approved and delivered to key development milestones on time.
Collaborating with Design, Product Development and Production teams to ensure alignment across collections
Manage artwork creation records, licensing documentation and Intellectual Property processes across all collections.
Driving continuous improvement across processes, systems and team capability
Overseeing intellectual property processes, including artwork records and compliance documentation
Ensuring accurate artwork tracking, documentation, and seamless handover into pre‐production
What You Will Bring
To succeed in this position, you will bring:
Degree qualification in Textile Design, Surface Design, Fashion Design or a related discipline
8–10+ years' experience in textile or surface design, including leadership experience
Proven experience managing teams within a premium fashion or lifestyle brand
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong understanding of intellectual property requirements within a design environment
Demonstrated ability to manage critical path deliverables and cross‐functional stakeholders
Strong planning, communication and stakeholder management skills
A strong understanding of the Zimmermann aesthetic and luxury customer
