Leading your team, you will strive to uphold exceptional customer service and care to everyone who visits your store.Key Responsibilities:Oversee store operations, compliance, and performance standardsSupport your team to reach performance goals through genuine customer care, not pushy sales tactics.Manage rosters, budgets, and labour efficiencyProvide hands‐on support in-store, assisting with sales, service, and patient carePartner with Optometrists to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experienceAbout You:Previous leadership experience in retail (title isn't important - if you've coached people and driven results, we want to hear from you!)Experience supporting or contributing to rosters, labour planning, or store performance - we'll help you grow your capability in these areas.A keen interest in developing your skills in decision‐making, coaching, and team cultureNo optical experience required - we'll teach you all there is to know about optical retail.
