Our ideal candidate will have in-depth horticultural knowledge applicable to Toowoomba and surrounds gained through training and/or work experience in the region and will be able to demonstrate excellent personal skills.Responsibilities will include –Responding to customer queriesOpening and closing as per procedureMaintaining a healthy nursery ecosystemGrowing and maintaining trees,



shrub and flower stockCreating attractive plant and sale displaysMonitoring weather conditions to maintain plant healthRequirementsTechnical training in horticulture, agriculture, landscape or similar field3+ years recent work experience in horticulture, landscaping or similar fieldDetailed knowledge of plants, soil, fertilisers and growing techniquesProfessional and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer serviceResponsible and punctualFamiliarity with POS and stock ordering systemsLR License advantageousOur business operates seven days a week so a roster including weekend work should be expected.
