This is a hands‐on, senior role responsible for the accuracy, integrity and continuous improvement of our Dynamics 365 CRM, keeping data clean and reliable across accounts, contacts, opportunities and pipeline records.
You'll build the reports, dashboards and automated workflows that our sales and membership teams rely on day to day, and act as the go‐to CRM expert across the business.
This role can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney.
Whilst the reality of each day will be different, you can expect to be accountable for:
Maintaining accurate, de‐duplicated CRM data and leading consistent processes for how leads, opportunities and member interactions are captured and managed
Designing and building reports, dashboards and marketing lists in Dynamics 365 and Power BI, and configuring model‐driven app elements (forms, views, business rules, business process flows)
Building and maintaining automated workflows and Power Automate flows to support sales and membership pipeline reporting and routines
Uplifting CRM capability across the business through training, onboarding support and well‐maintained SOPs and guides
Partnering with the CRM developer and cross‐functional teams to scope, implement and test CRM enhancements and integrations
To best succeed in this role you will have:
Demonstrated, hands‐on experience administering and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM in a business setting
A proven track record building reports and dashboards in Dynamics 365 and Power BI
Strong CRM data management and data governance skills, with a sound understanding of data security and access administration
Experience working within agile delivery, backlog management and stakeholder engagement
Advanced Excel skills and excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non‐technical audiences
Solid business analysis skills, including requirement gathering, process design and translating business needs into practical CRM changes
We offer you:
A collaborative work environment with talented people who are committed to achieving the best outcomes for our members and clients.
Professional development opportunities, including access to Australian Industry Group's short courses.
Flexible working arrangements to suit your circumstances, including purchase leave, an additional 5 days of annual leave if you use your yearly annual leave entitlements, and the ability to switch a public holiday to a day you prefer to take leave.
A wide range of employee benefits including free annual health initiatives, salary sacrificing options, including novated lease.
A genuine sense of belonging and individual achievement, where we will embrace your unique strengths and skills.
