You will be the pivotal link between our GPs, nursing staff, admin team, and patients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality care.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and roster a multidisciplinary team of reception and clinical support staff.Operational Excellence: Streamline clinic workflows, manage inventory,



and optimize practice management software.Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure adherence to RACGP standards, WHS regulations, and privacy legislation.Patient Experience: Oversee the patient feedback framework and drive continuous quality improvement.About YouYou are a compassionate, confident leader with a proven track record in healthcare management.
