About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Manufacturing / Warehouse Manager to lead and coordinate our manufacturing and warehouse operations.
This role is responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and productive day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of quality, inventory control, team performance, and customer service.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader with a practical approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Operations
Oversee daily factory production activities to ensure output targets are achieved.
Coordinate labour, equipment, and materials to maximise productivity.
Monitor production schedules and workflow to meet customer deadlines.
Ensure product quality standards are maintained and continuously improved.
Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes and maintenance achieving max machine availability rate.
Warehouse Management
Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing,



and dispatch.
Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records.
Ensure efficient warehouse layout and material flow.
Coordinate transport and logistics requirements.
Monitor stock movements and minimise inventory discrepancies.
Lead, mentor, and develop manufacturing and warehouse personnel.
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching.
Foster a positive, accountable, and safety-focused workplace culture.
Coordinate workforce planning and staffing requirements.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
Maintain operational procedures and quality systems.
Ensure all equipment is maintained and operated safely.
Monitor KPIs relating to production, quality, inventory, and delivery performance.
Prepare operational reports for senior management.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a Factory Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
Experience in Roll forming will be advantageous.
Relevant fabrication trade background advantageous.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and warehouse operations.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Experience with inventory management systems and ERP software.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Knowledge of WHS requirements and quality management systems.
