The Finance Manager is responsible for the preparation of the company financial reports and the fulfilment of all statutory and taxation obligations.Key selection criteria1.
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
CPA or equivalent.2.
High level accuracy and attention to detail.3.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).4.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.5.
Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.6.
Ability to consistently meet deadlines.7.
Consistently delivers high-quality work and is competent in all elements of the position.1.
Experience working in a not-for-profit/community housing provider.
