Managing leads handed across and identifying opportunities for new business across Residential, Commercial and Government your duties will include:Researching potential opportunities using available company tools, such as BCI, tender search, and tenders.net sitesLiaising with and presenting to Owners Corporations, Strata Committee members, Strata Managers and other potential clienteleLeading the full sales process, from initial outreach to proposal development, contract negotiation,



and closing dealsCollaborating with internal teams to create exact tender responses, service delivery agreements, and customized solutions for clientsManaging your pipeline of prospectsProviding monthly reports on the status of pending requests and updates on upcoming meetingsSpecific requirements: To excel in this role, you should have a proven history in Business Development Management within the Strata or Building Management space, as well as:A strong understanding of the Facilities and Building Management industry, including both hard and soft services.Comprehensive knowledge of Strata Schemes, Statutory Legislation, and WHSExceptional communication, presentation and IT skillsBe self-motivated and driven to achieveA valid drivers licenceExceptional relationships already in place & leads to get started on immediatelyBe the ONLY BDM within the CompanyUnsurpassed earning potentialFun / social role – attend industry eventsAll systems and processes set up
