You will provide intensive, practical case management to clients who are homeless or at risk, including those affected by domestic and family violence.Role involves assessments, safety planning, creating case plans, housing navigation, and collaboration with partner services.
Diploma in Community Services and 2+ years' experience are required, with on-call weekends possible.
