JC Karriers is seeking an experienced Warehouse/Forklift Operator to join our growing team at our Woombye facility.
This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment where efficiency, safety and teamwork are paramount.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution centre, managing inventory, and maintaining the high standards that our customers expect from JC Karriers.What you'll be doingOperating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move, stack, and organise goods throughout the warehouseLoading and unloading trucks, trailers and containers in compliance with safety regulations and company proceduresPerforming inventory checks and maintaining accurate records of stock levels and warehouse movementsLabelling goods as required, ensuring proper organisation and easy identificationMaintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment, including regular housekeeping and spill managementFollowing all health and safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting hazards or incidentsAssisting with order picking and packing to ensure timely dispatch of goods to customersCommunicating effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate warehouse operationsContributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and safetyWhat we're looking forA valid forklift licence or High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
