We're looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who enjoys working autonomously while collaborating closely with our GPs and allied health team.
You'll independently assess, diagnose, and manage patients, order and interpret diagnostic tests,



prescribe medications within your scope of practice, and deliver advanced, patient-centred care.
Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you'll play a key role in improving access to high-quality healthcare and supporting better health outcomes for our growing community.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently assess, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditionsOrder and interpret pathology and imaging, and prescribe within your scopeLead chronic disease management for patients with diabetes, cardiovascular disease and other ongoing conditionsWork collaboratively with GPs, nurses and allied health for complex or shared careContribute to clinical quality and continuous improvement across the practiceAbout YouCurrent AHPRA endorsement as a Nurse PractitionerStrong autonomous clinical decision-making and confidence working independentlyExcellent communication skills — patients trust you fast, and it shows
