In this role, you'll be an important link between our customers, technicians, and branch team — helping jobs run smoothly from first enquiry through to completion.If you're organised, approachable, and enjoy making things happen, this could be a great opportunity to build your career with a trusted, family-owned business.What you'll be doing:Welcoming and supporting customers as their key contact for service enquiriesPreparing clear, competitive quotes for service workBooking customer jobs and helping keep the workshop schedule on trackCoordinating warranty claims and product improvement processesReviewing repair orders and supporting accurate, timely invoicingUsing service data and feedback to help improve the customer experienceWho Are We Looking For?
Someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and building strong relationshipsA confident communicator who can work well with customers, technicians, and branch teamsA well-organised person who can manage priorities and keep things movingSomeone comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systemsMechanical knowledge or a trade background would be helpful,
