Your position allows you to join a supportive team environment that works together to deliver excellent service to clients.The Role:prepare detailed written advice on strata and property disputes and legal proceedingsassist litigation matters in tribunals and courts in NSW,



including preparing evidence and pleadingswork closely with senior staffwork in a fast-moving practice with regular repeat workcommunicate frequently and effectively with stakeholders, including strata managers and expertsKey Skills/Experience:The successful applicant will possess the following:have 1-3 years post-admission experience in litigation or dispute resolutionexperience in strata and property disputes is highly desirablethe ability to communicate effectively and in plain-Englishability to complete tasks in a timely manner and manage competing prioritiesstrong drafting, analytical and research skillsgoodtime management and organisational skillspractical and client focused problem solving skillsRemuneration:Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
