This role suits a self-reliant individual with a great understanding of graphic design and a huge passion and interest in all things design, product, and marketing.
You are naturally a driven person motivated to support the senior marketing team on their mission of building deliverables around the incredible roster of athletes and ambassadors, working alongside top world-class brands and partners along with learning the ropes of the products, brand, and the best-in-class B2B and B2C marketing initiatives and strategies to align with your hard work.
Key tasks assigned to this role will include but are not limited to;
Be a sponge and a naturally inquisitive colleague to the peer group around you while you learn, ask,



and conquer daily marketing initiatives from the senior marketing team.
Create, learn, and conquer the Adobe Creative suite primarily Illustrator and Photoshop.
Create, learn, and conquer a high volume of EDM campaigns through platforms such as Klaviyo / Mailchimp through outcome-driven briefs.
Drive data-led analysis and insights to develop and execute best-in-class, innovative strategies and campaigns across EDM, web and social channels.
Create, learn, and have a willingness to evolve design tasks and functions.
Understand marketing trends and be a key part of the marketing team to execute future strategies and initiatives.
Thrive in a quick-paced workplace with a proactive work ethic.
Natural rapport-building and listening to identify the real needs of our senior marketing team to develop fast and fluid results.
Provide digital printing solutions to support B2B merchandising and marketing assets after training.
Organise and display high-volume photo, web, and digital assets for internal and external use.
Work with external resources to brief, capture, and convert creative content into product and brand launches on tight timelines.
Update the company's B2B platform with new products and associated data.
Work alongside the senior marketing team to plan, create, and execute social media promotions and creative content.
Support all facets of events, including creating materials and branded displays to maximise the brand experience, exposure, and promotion.
Champion a work ethos that drives the company message throughout the internal and external team and dealer network




Learn and understand the brand guidelines for all the global companies we work alongside to ensure that all B2B / B2C marketing campaigns are on brand.
Willingness to travel interstate to attend marketing and sales events.

Requirements
A reasonable practical understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Minimum Illustrator and Photoshop
A reasonable understanding of an EDM platform such as Klaviyo and/or Mailchimp.
An absolute passion for marketing and the action sports industries
A self-reliant achiever with the ability to work independently and set and adjust priorities.
A passion for understanding, researching, and executing trends in the global marketing space.
A documented history of being a reliable go-getter.
Excellent communication skills with your fellow marketing team and brand managers.
A detail-oriented, well-organized individual with relationship development skills
Ability to travel.
Proficient with Microsoft Office software platforms
A passion for Mountain Biking or Motorcycle riding would be beneficial but not essential.
You will need to be able to work independently and be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done, working through challenges as they come to hand.

This position may involve travel and nights away when/if required.
