Business Services Manager – Regional QueenslandStream Services – Townsville, QLD$125,000 per annum + superannuationAbout the CompanyStream Services is a fast-growing, registered NDIS provider delivering essential services to participants across regional Queensland.

We provide innovative person-centred support through Lifestyle Support, Support Coordination, Occupational Therapy and Dietetics.With a strong focus on quality and compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards, we pride ourselves on building genuine relationships and creating sustainable solutions for participants in regional and remote locations.As the organisation continues to expand into new locations, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Business Services Manager to join our senior leadership team and help build the internal capability, systems and infrastructure needed for the next phase of growth.About the RoleReporting directly to the Managing Director, you will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure Stream's operational teams are supported by responsive, practical and scalable business services.This is a broad leadership role with oversight across people and culture, finance, ICT, systems and innovation, marketing, logistics and asset/fleet management.You will be responsible for strengthening the business functions that sit behind service delivery and ensuring Stream has the right systems, information,



resources and internal support to operate effectively across multiple regional and remote locations.While the Service Delivery Manager leads participant services and operational delivery, you will lead the corporate and enabling functions that support those services.You will also work closely with the Managing Director to translate strategic priorities into practical systems, clear accountabilities and measurable outcomes.This role will suit someone who enjoys building structure, improving systems and solving problems in a fast-moving organisation.Frequent travel to rural and remote communities will be required.Key Responsibilities:Lead Stream's business services functions across people and culture, finance, ICT, systems, marketing, logistics and fleet.Build practical and scalable systems to support growth across regional and remote locations.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and business performance.Strengthen workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and people-management processes.Lead improvements to ICT, data, reporting and organisational systems.Coordinate the business infrastructure required to establish new service locations.Oversee procurement, property, equipment, fleet and logistics.Work closely with the Managing Director and Service Delivery Manager to ensure business services support operational priorities.About YouEssential Skills & Experience:Demonstrated experience leading broad business,
