We have a team of approximately 450 dedicated and long-term employees.SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Trade Assistant to work with our teams across our client's sites in the Hunter Valley area.Assist trade teams with specified tasks to fulfil the scope of works.Adhering to both Strike Force Services and Site policies & proceduresPrevious trade assistant or labouring experience with a sound understanding of relevant tools & equipment.Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in valuable working orderCurrent driver's licence (manual licence preferred).




Own transport to get to & from work.Understanding of Health & Safety practises and requirementsKeep work areas clean and organisedAbility to complete and pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.
We have a zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol.
Note that testing is ongoing during employment.Working Safely at Heights and/or Hot WorksPrevious experience in a trade assistant or similar role within the mining industryUnderstanding of health and safety practices and requirements within the mining industryOrder 45 MedicalAbility to work effectively in a team and independently
