About the Role
JBS Carriers is seeking experienced Livestock Drivers to play a vital role in moving cattle safely and efficiently across our supply chain; from feedlots and paddocks to saleyards and processing facilities.
These full-time opportunities are available in:
Tamworth (NSW)
Griffith/Riverina region (NSW)
Toowoomba (QLD)
(Applications from surrounding areas are also encouraged.)
Competitive pay rates:
Full-time: up to $****** CPK + allowances
Casual: up to $****** CPK + allowances
What You'll Be Doing
Transporting livestock safely in line with animal welfare standards and industry regulations
Operating prime movers and equipment efficiently and responsibly
Conducting daily pre-start checks to ensure vehicles are road-ready
Maintaining compliance with NHVR, Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and transport regulations
Working under Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) requirements
Upholding workplace health, safety and environmental standards
Supporting safe and effective livestock loading and unloading
What You'll Bring
A current MC Driver's Licence
Ideally 2+ years' experience in MC driving
Livestock transport or handling experience (highly regarded)
A solid and reliable traffic history
Strong livestock handling knowledge and care standards
BFM certification (or willingness to obtain)
A strong work ethic and team-focused attitude
Physical capability to manage loading tasks and access equipment
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends
Familiarity with the regions is an advantage
