Coast Care Disability Services Pty Ltd – Gosford NSWAs a Disability Support Worker with Coast Care Disability Services, you will deliver high quality, person centred supports across the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Newcastle regions.This role includes a mix of community access, in home supports, Supported Independent Living shifts, and consistent short term accommodation including regular respite and overnight supports.We are currently seeking 3 to 4 support workers for immediate start to support a number of new and existing participants.At CCDS, we do things properly.
This means following support plans, managing risk, and showing up consistently for participants.
