As we continue to expand across Australia, we are seeking amotivated and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team in Concord, NSW.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to build their career within Human Resources.
Reporting to the National HR Manager, you will gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle and develop valuable experience in Employee Relations, workforce compliance, HR systems, and people operations, with a clear pathway to progress into an HR Advisor role.
With a solid pipeline of projects and continued business growth, you'll play an significant role in supporting our people, maintaining HR processes, and contributing to the success of a growing organisation.
About the Role
This is a hands-on HR coordination role supporting bothoperational and corporate teams across Australia.
You will be responsible for arange of HR administration and employee lifecycle activities, ensuring accuraterecords, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
You will work closely with the National HR Manager andbroader leadership team, gaining exposure to advisory activities while buildingyour knowledge and capability within the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
Maintainaccurate employee records and HR systems.
Manageemployee lifecycle administration through Employment Hero, includingonboarding, contract generation, internal movements, promotions, andoffboarding.
Coordinateemployment documentation, licences, certifications, and compliancerecords.
Assistwith employee inductions and onboarding activities.
Prepareemployment contracts, letters, and other HR correspondence.
Supportthe administration of performance review and employee engagementprocesses.
GenerateHR reports, workforce data, and people metrics.
Assistwith recruitment coordination, including advertising, screening, interviewscheduling, and candidate communication.
Supportcompliance with employment legislation, company policies, and internalprocedures.
Assistthe HR team with employee relations matters, investigations, and workplaceissues as required.
Contributeto process improvement initiatives and enhancements to HR systems andprocedures.
Providegeneral administrative support to the HR function.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
1-3years' experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or similar role.
Agenuine interest in building a long-term career in Human Resources.
Strongadministration and organisational skills with excellent attention todetail.
Confidenceworking with HR systems and maintaining accurate records.
Theability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Aproactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to learn.
Abilityto maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationprofessionally.
Highly Regarded
Exposureto recruitment, onboarding, or employee lifecycle processes.
Experiencewithin construction, engineering, logistics, manufacturing, utilities,renewable energy, or other operational environments.
Knowledgeof Modern Awards and employment legislation.
Involvementin process improvement initiatives.
